This course is designed to help develop an athlete to his/her maximum potential  by focusing on strength,  explosiveness,  agility, flexibility, and the ability to work at maximum output. Curriculum includes weight-training, competitive games,  testing of strength, flexibility, agility and explosiveness, speed,  and development of self-esteem and team spirit.
